Why the two Phase 2 cohorts are never added together
Phase 2 ran two separate camps, each reported here as its own cohort rather than folded into one programme-wide total. Whether the same young person took part in both has not been confirmed, so their attendance figures are never summed on this site: doing so would describe a number nobody has verified. Read each cohort above on its own terms, each with its own reporting date.
